1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website tarjimnebi.ge and the translation services provided by Tarjimnebi.ge ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Translation Services
We provide professional translation services including but not limited to:
- Written translation of documents in various language pairs
- Certified and notarized translations
- Express and urgent translation services
- Apostille services
- Document delivery services
3. Orders and Pricing
Order Placement
Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm the details, final pricing, and estimated delivery time within 30 minutes during business hours. An order is considered accepted once you receive our confirmation.
Pricing
Prices are calculated based on the language pair, document type, number of pages, urgency level, and additional services (notarization, delivery, apostille). The online calculator provides an estimate; the final price is confirmed by our team after reviewing your documents. All prices include VAT.
Minimum Order
The minimum order amount for any translation is 15₾, regardless of the number of pages or document type.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon order confirmation or upon delivery, as agreed with our team. We accept bank transfer, cash payment at our office, and online payment. For large orders, partial advance payment may be required. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold the completed translation until payment is received.
5. Delivery and Deadlines
Delivery timelines depend on the urgency level selected:

Translations are delivered electronically (email or website download). For notarized translations, hard copies can be picked up at our office or delivered by courier (additional fee applies). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on document length and complexity.
6. Quality Guarantee and Revisions
We guarantee the quality and accuracy of our translations. All translations are performed by certified professionals and undergo quality review. If you are not satisfied with the translation, you may request free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must specify the exact issues to be corrected. We are not responsible for errors resulting from unclear, illegible, or incomplete source documents provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all documents and personal data entrusted to us. All translators sign non-disclosure agreements. Your documents are stored securely and are used solely for the purpose of providing translation services. Upon request, all documents and files can be permanently deleted after project completion.
8. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete source documents
- Provide correct contact information
- Make timely payment for services rendered
- Provide original documents when required for certified translations
- Ensure that documents submitted for translation do not violate applicable laws
9. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your order before translation work has begun for a full refund. If translation has already started, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed. Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone or email. For notarized translations that have already been completed and notarized, no refund is available.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific translation order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
11. Intellectual Property
The client retains all intellectual property rights to the original documents. Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to the translated documents. The Company retains all rights to its website content, branding, tools, and methodology.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Georgia.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
